Oven, hob, and hood installation

Our Knowhow experts are fully qualified electric engineers and will install your cooker professionally and safely. We can install your new cooker at the same time we deliver. Our Gas Safe registered and Electrical engineers install more cookers than any other organisation in the UK.

All of our Gas Safe registered engineers have gone through over 800 hours of training to ensure they are qualified to work safely and legally with gas.

We will ensure gas connections are safe to use and meet the legal requirement, and provide you a gas appliance installation certificate.

Dual Fuel Cookers

For a dual fuel cooker installation, we will ensure all legal requirements for both gas and electric installation are met. Your new cooker will be safely installed and tested.

Delivery and service

Home Delivery

We have a range of delivery options including next day if you order before 8pm in most areas. Free delivery is available between 7am and 7pm, 7 days a week.

Removed and Recycled for Free
Unlike many other retailers, we will take away your old product for free recycling when we deliver. Just remember to disconnect the appliance before we arrive (unless you have purchased installation).

Built-in Gas Oven or Hob Installation

We can also install your new appliance on the day we deliver, for most of the UK. Just add installation at the 'Confirm basket’ page at the checkout.

Our fully qualified gas engineers are registered with the Gas Safe Register.

Here's what we'll do:
  • Check that the area in which the oven or hob is to be situated is suitable and that existing gas connections meet the legal requirements.
  • Disconnect the existing oven or hob, un-box and check the new product.
  • Connect the cooker and make sure it’s fully operational and meets Gas Safety regulations.
  • Give a quick demo of the appliance settings and provide a copy of the gas certificate.
  • Take your old oven or hob and packaging away to be recycled if requested.

Note: Before we arrive, you will need to make sure access is clear to the area you want your appliance installed, the appliance will fit into the space and that there are suitable gas connections within 1.5 metres.
