Built-in Gas Cooker Installation

We can install your new built-in gas cooker when we deliver and recycle your old one if you’d like us to.

All gas cookers are installed by Gas Safe Register engineers. Engineers will complete a gas safety test on all gas fittings and appliances, and issue you with a Gas Appliance Installation Certificate.

You can purchase our installation service at the same time you buy your new cooker both in our stores or here online.

Built-in Electric Cooker Installation

We can install your new built-in electric cooker when we deliver.

Our expert installers are available 7 days a week and can take away your old built-in appliance for recycling if you’d like them to. If you need us to remove a gas or dual fuel cooker, please let us know beforehand so we can send the right engineers to your home.

You can purchase our installation service at the same time you buy your new cooker both in our stores or here online.

With its sleek metal fascia, white LCD display and blue indicator lights, Siemens' stylish HB13MB521 Electric Double Oven will make an attractive addition to any contemporary kitchen!

The Siemens HB-13MB521 Electric Double Oven features a spacious 58-litre main oven with 5 adjustable shelf positions and a smaller, 30-litre capacity conventional secondary oven which incorporates a full width, three-stage variable grill. The main fan oven uses 3D hot air technology to distribute heat quickly and evenly throughout the oven. Both ovens are fully programmable and for ease of cleaning benefit from ActiveKlean catalytic roof and back liners.

The oven benefits from bright interior lighting, 2x integral cooling fans and full-width glass inner doors, which are double glazed to maintain an A rating for energy efficiency. The Siemens HB13MB521 Electric Double Oven also features a defrost setting ensuring slow and thorough defrosting of frozen foods. Additionally, a fast heat-up function and intensive hot air setting - which uses heat from the top element and is perfect for pizzas - allows you to cook without the need for pre-heating!

Delivery and service

Home Delivery

The Knowhow service team are here to deliver your product at a time that fits around your schedule. Not only will we deliver it for you but we can install it up for you then take your old product away for free recycling.
If you order before 10pm, we can deliver the very next day to you in most areas.
Delivery can be arranged 7 days a week and our standard delivery is offered between 7am and 7pm. Alternatively you can select from a range of 4 hour delivery slots that best suit your schedule.

Removed & Recycled for Free
When we deliver your new appliance, we’ll recycle your old one to save you the trouble. Unlike many other retailers it’s completely free and we’ll take away all the packaging too.
Please note that you will need to disconnect your old product before we arrive unless you have purchased installation.

Built-in Electric Oven or Hob Installation

When you have your new built-in electric oven or hob delivered, why not have it installed at the same time? Our installation services are available to purchase from the ‘Confirm basket' page.

Built-in cooking appliances need to be installed by a qualified installer and is not something that should be carried out by any other person. All our trained installers are accredited by UKAS (UK Accreditation Service). They are continually trained and evaluated.

What you'll get as part of the installation:
• Deliver your new oven or hob and unpack it for you
• Disconnect your old cooker and check that the connections are safe to use
• Unbox and check the new product
• Carry out a health and safety check to make sure that required clearance space between your cooker and cabinets are met
• Carefully fit your oven, hob and hood into an existing space
• The installation team are fully qualified installers of electrical goods. They are accredited by UKAS (UK Accreditation Service), and continually trained and evaluated.
• Need access to your fuse box to complete an electrical safety test and provide you with an Electrical Appliance Installation Certificate
• We’ll give you a demonstration of your new cooker and its settings
• Take your old cooker and packaging away to be recycled if you want us to

Before we arrive please make sure:
• You are at home at the time we’ve agreed to visit
• Make sure we have clear access to the area you want your new cooker installed, and that it will fit into that area
• Make sure you have an electrical connection within 1.5 meters of the installation area

We want to make sure you know what isn’t covered by our built-in electric or hob cooker installation service so there are no surprises when we visit you at home
• If we are installing an electric cooker and you want us to remove an existing gas cooker, then please let us know as this requires a gas safe Registered engineer. Call our customer contact centre on 0844 561 1234 after completing your purchase online
• We cannot connect your new cooker if it puts you or our installer at risk
• We cannot connect your new cooker if the installation doesn’t pass health and safety guidelines

• If there is no suitable 30amp Electric Cooker Control panel (large red switch) within 2 metres of the location of installation for double ovens and some of signal ovens
