Delivery and service

Home Delivery

The Knowhow service team are here to deliver your product at a time that fits around your schedule. Not only will we deliver it for you but we can install it up for you then take your old product away for free recycling.
If you order before 9pm, we can deliver the very next day to you in most areas.
Delivery can be arranged 7 days a week and our standard delivery is offered between 7am and 7pm. Alternatively you can select from a range of 4 hour delivery slots that best suit your schedule.

Removed & Recycled for Free
When we deliver your new appliance, we’ll recycle your old one to save you the trouble. Unlike many other retailers it’s completely free and we’ll take away all the packaging too.
Please note that you will need to disconnect your old product before we arrive unless you have purchased installation.

Integrated Appliance Installation

When you have your new integrated appliance delivered, why not have it installed at the same time? Our installation services are available to purchase from the 'Confirm basket' page.

What you'll get as part of the installation:
• A two-man team will deliver your appliance and carefully unpack and check it for you
• Remove the transit bolts
• Disconnect your appliance and check the connections are safe to use
• Connect to existing plumbing and electrical sockets
• The new appliance needs to be an identical size and can utilise existing connections and door panels
• Make sure the appliance is level and neatly installed
• Position the attachment points of cupboard door to correct areas and securely affix to the panels
• Re-attach doors and ensure they are parallel with your other kitchen cabinets
• Carry out a health and safety check and fully test the appliance to ensure there are no leaks or faults
• Take your old appliance and packaging away to be recycled if you want us to

Before we arrive please make sure:
• You are at home at the time we’ve agreed to visit
• Make sure we have clear access to water connection for plumbing and the area you want your new product installed, and that it fits in that area
• Make sure you have all the necessary bits and pieces; e.g. connection hoses
• Check that you have the necessary electrical, plumbing and waste connections within 1.5 meters of the installation area

We want to make sure you know what isn’t covered by our integrated appliance installation services so there are no surprises when we visit you at home.
• We cannot plumb two waste pipes into one
• We cannot make any alterations to your existing plumbing or electrical connections
• Removal of your existing door panel if it is not suitable to be re-attached to your new built-in appliance
• We will not attempt to connect your appliance if the space is unsuitable. If for example your new integrated appliance was planned to be installed in a space with an electrical socket directly behind it, we would not install if the new integrated appliance is not fit into the space like the old one did. In this instance please have a qualified electrician remove the socket prior to installation
• We cannot connect appliances if there isn't sufficient access for ventilation tubes; e.g. tumble dryers
