Instant ReplacementTM offers protection for 3 years and is available on most products costing up to £150. It’s really straightforward; if your product develops a fault or breaks down, even as the result of a mishap, just bring it back to one of our stores with your receipt and we’ll give you a new one on the spot, that’s all there is to it!
*Please note that customers choosing a monthly Whatever Happens Care Plan will have a recurring payment taken from their chosen payment card on the same date each month.

The Small Print
INSTANT REPLACEMENT™
Instant Replacement™ gives you 3 years’ protection and applies to most products between £20 and £150. If your product develops a fault or breaks down, even as the result of a mishap, simply return it to the store for a replacement on the spot.
NO LIMITS
You are entitled to as many new replacement products as necessary during the 3 years of your agreement. Your agreement continues even if your product is replaced.
EXCLUSIONS Instant Replacement is not available for Mobile Phone products or vacuum cleaners.
