The Dyson Air Multiplier AM01 12" Desk Fan works as if by magic, but uses advanced aerodynamic principles to deliver ultra-smooth airflow without the buffeting associated with bladed fans, while pivoting on its own centre of gravity. Here's the science part; the Air Multiplier accelerates air through an annular aperture and passes it over an airfoil-shaped ramp. Surrounding air is then drawn into the airflow by inducement and entrainment, resulting in an astonishing 15x amplification of the total flow!
The Dyson Air Multiplier AM01 12" Desk Fan will also oscillate through 90 degrees at the touch of a button and you can fine-tune the airflow from a dimmer-switch control to your exact preference.
