1. What is ‘Order & Collect’?
Our Order & Collect services allow you to collect items in your local store for orders you make online. We have two different ways to make a store collection; Reserve & Collect and Pay & Collect.
Reserve & Collect gives you the chance to pick your favourite items up quickly at your local store where we have stock available – as quickly as just an hour later.
You simply browse for products online and when you have found the one you want, you can reserve your chosen items on our website and then pay when you collect them from your local store where there is stock available.
We even offer Currys, Currys.Digital, PC World and Currys PC World stores for you to pick up from to make it easier for you. Look out for the following tick on product pages:
Pay & Collect is the perfect solution when we don’t have a product in stock in your local stores, but you don’t want to wait at home to get it delivered. You simply find and pay for your chosen product online and have the item delivered to a store of your choosing as quickly as next day. We’ll keep your item for you for 28 days so you can pick it up when you prefer.

2. What are your delivery options?
Small products, such as cameras etc. are delivered by courier or post, whilst larger products are delivered through our own delivery service.
3. How do I know when my order will be delivered?
You will receive an email once your order has been confirmed that will give you details of how you can track your order.
4. Can I change the delivery date of my order?
For larger products, we can change the delivery date if you call us before 12pm the day before delivery, call 0844 561 1234. Unfortunately we cannot change the delivery date of small items delivered by courier or post.
5. Can you collect my old product?
For products delivered through our home delivery service we can take your old product away, free of charge, all we ask is that you disconnect the product, making sure it if defrosted/emptied of water etc.
6. Can you install my new product?
We offer a range of installation services to make sure you get the best from your purchase, just select the right service, by clicking ‘add installation’ when you place your order.
7. Price match, what is that?
We want you to be able to shop with confidence at Currys, that’s why we will not only match a competitors price, we’ll beat it by 10% of the difference.
8. What do I do if I want to return my product?

9. What do I do if my product stops working?
We select the best products for you, however sometimes products do go wrong, we always recommend that you check the products troubleshooting guide, but if this does not help click on the link below.
10. How do I find out where my nearest store is?
Use our store finder to find your nearest store, including opening times, and don’t forget that you can Reserve & Collect at all of our stores, making sure you don’t have a wasted journey. The stores we’ll show you will be Currys, Currys.Digital, PC World and Currys PC World stores to make it even easier to shop with us.
