Door Swap Service

We’ll deliver your new fridge freezer / fridge / freezer, reverse the door opening to your preference and put it into place. We’ll also take away your old fridge freezer and packaging for free recycling if you want us to.

Your fridge freezer doors must be reversible to be eligible for our Door Swap service. Please check the specification on the product page.

Delivery and service

Home Delivery direct from the Manufacturer

All deliveries include collection of your old appliance for recycling (your old appliance should be safely disconnected prior to arrival). Delivery can be arranged Monday to Friday between 7am & 8pm

American Style Fridge Freezer Installation

When you have your new American style fridge freezer delivered, why not have it installed at the same time? This installation service is offered by the manufacturer and is available to purchase from the ‘Confirm basket’ page.

The installer will:

• Evaluate the plumbing (on water and ice models)
• Unbox and check the new product
• Remove and re-attach doors for restricted access
• Connect your appliance to a mains water supply within 1.5 metres of your product (on water and ice models)
• Take away your old appliance for recycling if requested
• Make sure you are happy with the installation

The installer will not:

• Disconnect an existing appliance
• Connect the plumbing if there is not an easily accessible mains water supply within 1.5 metres (on water and ice models)
• Connect the product if there is not a working plug socket within 1.5 metres
• Make any alterations to existing plumbing or electrical connections
• Change door positions or make any alterations to the property
• Install in garages as refrigeration appliances do not function properly in an outdoor environment.

Free Recycling

The manufacturer’s home delivery team can collect your old appliance for recycling free of charge when they deliver your new one. Please note that you will need to disconnect your old appliance before they arrive.

Free recycling is available only on a like-for-like basis i.e. your old washing machine will be taken away for recycling in exchange for the new washing machine being delivered.
