We can get your new American-style fridge-freezer up and running the same day we deliver.

Our expert installers will evaluate the plumbing connections for water and ice models and will take away your old appliance and recycle it for free if you'd like them to.

Freestanding Fridge Freezer Door Reversal Service

Some fridge freezers can have their door hinges on either side – we can reverse the direction the door opens to your preference and put it into place when your new fridge freezer is delivered.

Your fridge freezer doors must be reversible to be eligible for our Door Swap service. Please check the specifications table on the product page before you buy. American style fridge freezers and products installed by the manufacturer are ineligible for this service.

Freestanding Refrigeration Installation by Manufacturer (Hotpoint and Indesit)

This installation service is offered by the manufacturer for products deliver directly from them. The installer will connect and level the refrigeration, plus run a quick test to make sure it works.

Delivery and service

Home Delivery direct from the Manufacturer

All deliveries include free collection of your old appliance for recycling (your old appliance should be safely disconnected prior to arrival). Delivery can be arranged Monday to Friday between 7am & 7pm.

Freestanding Refrigeration Installation

When you have your fridge or freezer delivered, why not have it installed at the same time? This installation service is offered by the manufacturer and is available to purchase from the ‘Confirm basket’ page.

the installer will:

• Check that existing electrical connections are safe and appropriate to be used for the new appliance
• Unbox and check the new product
• Remove any packaging used in transit
• Connect to existing electrical sockets plus level the appliance
• Test the appliance to make sure it works
• Take away your old appliance for recycling if requested
• Make sure you are happy with the installation

The installer will not:

• Make any alterations to existing electrical connections
• Connect your fridge or freezer if there is no plug socket within 1.5 meters
• Change door positions or other alterations to your property
• Reverse fridge freezer doors to the other side
• Install products in garages or sheds

Free Recycling
The manufacturer's home delivery team can collect your unwanted large appliance for recycling completely free of charge when they deliver your new one. Please note that you will need to disconnect your old product before they arrive.
Free recycling is available only on a like-for-like basis i.e. your old washing machine will be taken away for recycling in exchange for the new washing machine being delivered.
