We can fix your TV to the wall and get it hooked up to your existing kit and tuned in. We'll make sure the cables are tidy and give you a demo .You also have the option to have your new home cinema kit or soundbar installed at the same time as your TV.

Here's what we'll do...
Unpack your TV and advise you on the best location for it to be situated.
Install a wall bracket to a suitable position and mount your TV safely to the wall.
Tune in your TV and connect any existing equipment such as a Blu-ray player or games console.
If it's a Smart TV, we'll set it up to an existing working router or network.
Give you a demonstration of the main functions of your TV and talk you through its features.
Install your new home cinema or soundbar if you have chosen to add this service to your installation.
Check list before we arrive
Before we arrive, please ensure the following:
Your TV is suitable to be wall mounted (check the user guide).
The wall you want to use is robust. Large TVs cannot always be mounted on stud walls.
You have purchased a wall bracket suitable for your TV size.
You have all the necessary accessories and cables i.e. Scart, AV, HDMI, brackets etc.
If it’s a Smart TV, that you have an existing internet connection.
That your new Smart TV has either built-in Wi-fi or that you have purchased the compatible dongle.
You check www.knowhow.com to track your delivery and make sure someone responsible is home to sign for the installation.

How to book
Call our Knowhow Contact Centre on 0344 561 1234. You can also call and book installation for a TV you have already or bought elsewhere. Please have your card details to hand when you call
Ask a store colleague to book the installation service when they arrange delivery of your new TV on a day to suit you.
