What is Instant Replacement?
Instant Replacement offers protection for 3 years and is available on most products costing between £20 and £150.
It’s really straightforward; if your product breaks down, just bring it back to one of our stores with your receipt and we’ll give you a new one on the spot.
You are entitled to as many new replacement products as necessary within the 3 years of the agreement.

An environmental option, the EVOKE-1S is EcoPlus designed, meaning it has a lower power consumption and is constructed from materials that cut down on waste and increase transport efficiency.
The EVOKE-1S can be connected up to your iPod or MiniDisc player via the auxiliary port and you can store up to 6 FM and 6 DAB radio stations as presets. The LCD display also shows station-specific information using RDS and with the ChargePAK ready function, you can get up to 24 hours of portable listening.
With enhanced brightness so you can see the LCD clearly and a kitchen timer, the Pure EVOKE-1S Portable DAB Radio is also futureproof due to the USB port for upgrading with updates from the Internet.
You can also purchase an optional ChargePAK battery with your Pure EVOKE-1S Portable DAB Radio. This can deliver up to 20 hours of portable listening with every charge.
