What are my delivery options?
We can deliver large items with our free all day delivery or in 4 hour delivery slots at a time to suit you from as little as £5. Smaller items are delivered through the post or by courier free of charge or on a day and time to suit you for a small charge.




How do I know when my order will be delivered?
If you have booked a delivery slot you’ll receive an email with the delivery details. If you have selected our free all day delivery, we’ll email you once your order has been confirmed and give you details of how you can track your delivery. If you provide us with a mobile number we’ll text you the day before as a reminder.




Can I change the delivery date of my order?
If you selected a free delivery online you can amend your delivery date to a later one by calling our team on 0844 561 1234 before 12pm the day before your delivery is due. Unfortunately we cannot change the delivery date of small items delivered by courier or post.
