2GB of storage space means that you can fit almost 500 songs onto the NWZ-W262; that's plenty of songs to keep you going whilst you're training! It's easy to add songs onto the mp3 player as you can simply drag and drop songs onto it from your computer.
With full charge, it has a battery life of around 8 hours, but if you're pressed for time 3 minutes charging will provide you with 60 minutes playback.
