As soon as you’ve placed your order, we’ll email you to acknowledge we’ve received it. You can also check your order has been placed by logging in to ’My Account’. We’ll then email you with further details as your order progresses.

Please make sure you have your delivery reference (starting 74) and postcode to hand. Knowhow.com is available 24 hours a day.
Online: If we send your item by courier, you’ll be able to track your parcel online. In our confirmation email to you, we’ll let you know:
- the courier
- their web address
- your parcel number
You can track your small items through Knowhow.com at our Order Tracking page, and towards the bottom right of the screen you will find the links to courier sites based on your order reference.
Occasionally, we send smaller products by Royal Mail. If we’re sending your smaller products via Royal Mail, we’ll let you know in the order confirmation email.
What if my items are missing, damaged or incorrect?
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, follow the instructions in the delivery documents to return the goods to us. Read, Returns cancellations and faulty goods for further information. Delayed delivery items may arrive separately from any other items you ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible about any missing, damaged or incorrect items.
