A Whatever Happens Care Plan protects your TV if it develops a fault or breaks down, even as the result of a mishap.

Delivery and service

Home Delivery

The Knowhow service team are here to deliver your product at a time that fits around your schedule. Not only will we deliver it for you but we can install it up for you then take your old product away for free recycling.
If you order before 9pm, we can usually delivery the very next day.
Delivery can be arranged 7 days a week and our standard delivery is offered between 7am and 7pm. Alternatively you can select from a range of 4 hour delivery slots that best suit your schedule.

Install TV to stand with demo

If you are having a TV delivered, why not have it installed to a stand at the same time (stand sold separately). Our installation services are available to purchase from the ‘Confirm basket’ page.

On the day we visit you, we will:
•Have a quick chat about how you’d like your new TV set up
•Unpack your TV and stand then take the packaging away for recycling (no need to fill up your recycling bin)
•Build the stand and set your TV on it
•Auto tune into available channels
•Connect all your devices together and tidy the cables for you
•Demonstrate the main features of your new TV or Smart TV*
Note: Includes home theatre kit if you have chosen Advanced TV installation
*An existing Internet connection is required

Before we visit please check the following:
•You will be home at the time we’ve agreed to visit.
•Check that you have all the parts, screws and other bits and pieces for your TV and stand
•Have all the necessary accessories and cables (SCART, AV, HDMI etc.)

We want to make sure you know what isn’t covered by our TV set up and demo installation service so there are no surprises when we visit you at home:
• We will not personalise or optimise picture quality

We cannot refund this service if:
•You haven’t completed the necessary pre-visit preparations above
• Additional work is required to complete the installation that we don’t cover above
Free Recycling
Our home delivery team can collect your unwanted large appliance or TV (40” or above) for recycling completely free of charge when they deliver your new one. Please note that you will need to disconnect your old product before we arrive unless you have purchased installation
