The Knowhow service team are here to deliver your product at a time that fits around your schedule. Not only will we deliver it for you but we can install it up for you then take your old product away for free recycling.
If you order before 10pm, we can deliver the very next day to you in most areas.
Delivery can be arranged 7 days a week and our standard delivery is offered between 7am and 7pm. Alternatively you can select from a range of 4 hour delivery slots that best suit your schedule.
Removed & Recycled for Free
When we deliver your new appliance, we’ll recycle your old one to save you the trouble. Unlike many other retailers it’s completely free and we’ll take away all the packaging too.
Please note that you will need to disconnect your old product before we arrive unless you have purchased installation.
Install TV to stand with demo
When you have your new product delivered, why not have it installed at the same time? Our installation services are available to purchase from the ‘Confirm basket’ page.
Here is what we will do:
•Have a quick chat about how you’d like your new TV set up
•Unpack your TV and TV stand then take the packaging away for recycling (no need to fill up your recycling bin)
•Assemble the TV Stand and set your TV on it
•Auto tune into available channels
•Connect all your devices together and tidy the cables for you
•If it’s a Smart TV, we’ll connect it to the Internet*
•Demonstrate the main features of your new TV
•Take packages away and recycle your old TV for free if you want us to
*An existing Internet connection is required
Before we visit please check the following:
•You will be home at the time we’ve agreed to visit.
•Check that you have all the parts, screws and other bits and pieces for your TV and stand
•Have all the necessary accessories and cables (SCART, AV, HDMI etc.)
We want to make sure you know what isn’t covered by our TV set up and demo installation service so there are no surprises when we visit you at home:
•We will not personalise or optimise picture quality
We cannot refund this service if:
•You haven’t completed the necessary pre-visit preparations above
•Additional work is required to complete the installation that we don’t cover above
