In Open Season on Blu-ray Disc, a 900 lb grizzly bear by the name of Boog (Martin Lawrence) is quite happy living a cushy life in the Park Ranger's garage, when an encounter with a lively mule deer named Elliot leads him high into the forest - with only three days to go before hunting season! Totally domesticated, Boog and Eliot soon discover that it's not only hunters they should be wary of. The local inhabitants of the forest are wild and dangerous, and include hot-tempered skunks, psychotic ducks, panic-stricken rabbits, and McSquizzy - the Scottish squirrel and his wayward gang! Open Season finally sees Boog and Eliot winning over the motley crowd of wild forest animals in order to outwit the evil hunters, as they attempt to drive them out of the forest forever!
