1. Currys are the same people with the same services, only there are more of us, with more products and more services for you. Please browse our website, get in touch and visit our stores – we are here to help.

2. If you ordered a product from Dixons, your purchase will be delivered as expected, when expected.

3. If you ordered something from Dixons and it has not arrived within the agreed delivery time, please contact us.

4. If you chose a Customer Service Agreement (Whatever Happens Plan), this is still valid within its terms and conditions.

5. To return or exchange a product you recently bought from Dixons just call our contact centre or go into one of our stores.

6. The warranty of products bought from Dixons remains the same, and full after sales support is available to you.

7. If you purchased a product from Dixons which was not in stock, don’t worry, we’ll get it delivered to your home or local store as soon as we can.

8. Currys and Dixons have joined forces, so the same people are available to help you. We have extensive teams ready and waiting to give you friendly, expert advice and guidance online, in store and over the phone.

10. If you don’t have a Currys account, simply register as a Currys customer when you wish to make a purchase or click here to create an account now. Your Dixons account will no longer be valid.

11. To make a change to your Dixons order, all you have to do is get in touch and we will do everything we can to change your order to suit you.

12. If you need help buying a product, our contact centre team can give you advice and place orders for you.

13. Use our store finder to find your nearest store, including opening times, and don’t forget that you can Order & Collect at all of our stores, making sure you don’t have a wasted journey.
