To get started all we need is your Currys proof of purchase, and if it leads to a repair, or us booking a return for you, then we may need to confirm some extra bits such as your address.
This service is available for support and advice if you have a fault with your laptop or if you’re thinking of returning your laptop. A live video call is the fastest way to get your problem solved with a quick fix from the comfort of your sofa.

All we need is your Currys proof of purchase so we can check your product and policy type before.
Our RepairLive colleagues are here to help identify the cause of a fault and to assist you with arranging a repair. We’ll try to guide you through resolving a fault without the need to book your device in for a repair wherever possible. The RepairLive service is in addition to a right of repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This means we’ll always arrange to repair your device and return it to you if we can’t resolve the issue through RepairLive. During the call, you will be asked for your Receipt number, to allow our colleague to retrieve your transaction information and details.
