Move IQ motion detector

Change the way you move every day with the Garmin Vivofit 3. This fitness tracker features a Move IQ motion detector that tracks your the duration of your movement, as well as the time of day for easy viewing.

Use Move IQ for different activities like walking, running, biking, swimming and cross-training – the fitness band can tell when your movement changes, recording it in Garmin Connect.

Daily step goal

To motivate you to a healthier lifestyle, Vivofit 3 learns how you're currently active, then gives you achievable daily goals that adjust with each milestone you hit. See how you're progressing by checking your movement against aerobic activity goals recommended by health organisations including the World Health Organisation.

Move Bar with audible alert

Even if you're sitting down for most of the day, Vivofit 3 reminds you to move every hour with its Move Bar. A red move bar accumulates every 15 minutes across the screen, sounding an audible alert when you've been inactive for 60 minutes. Walk for a few minutes to reset it.

Wear it 24/7

With up to one year of battery life, you can wear your Vivofit 3 24/7 without charging it or taking it off. You can use it to monitor your sleep quality, and since it's water resistant, showering and swimming are fine. Pair it with different-coloured accessory bands (sold separately) to match what you're wearing.

Garmin Connect

Vivofit 3
syncs automatically with Garmin Connect to feed it movement data all day. Access the platform via the free mobile app or your desktop to view your information in detail, improve yourself with challenges and even compete with friends and family.

The device cues you to move if you've not achieved a daily step goal, and praises you when you hit each target. As well as health tips from experts, the fitness tracker features an activity timer with a stopwatch feature to let you record timed activities like walking and running, which can be saved and sent to Garmin Connect.

Important update on our delivery service for small items

Our courier partners (DPD, Royal Mail and On the Dot) have all updated their delivery processes to take extra precautions due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). Please follow the below advice:

1. Customers can use the DPD app to nominate a ‘safe place’ for their delivery to be left if they do not want close contact.

For customers unable to use the DPD app, DPD is still able to offer a contact-free delivery, and will take a picture of the property and capture a proof of delivery name instead of capturing a customer signature.

2. Royal Mail is an unsigned service . Where Royal Mail needs to deliver a parcel, its teams will place the parcel at the customer’s door. Having knocked on the door, the delivery teams will step aside to a safe distance while the item is retrieved. If the delivery cannot take place, Royal Mail will take the parcel to the local depot for collection by the customer.  The parcel will be held for 18 days as per normal process.

3. For On the Dot, where a standard signature delivery is not possible, On the Dot will attempt to leave the parcel in a safe place and inform the customer of where the parcel has been placed.

Returns and refunds

Within 14 days of receiving an item you paid for online or on the phone, you can return it, even if you’ve opened it. To receive a refund, you must:

  • Let us know you plan to return the item within 14 days of delivery/collection
  • Physically return it within a further 14 days.
The item must be returned in ‘as new condition’ – not used or installed, and in its original packaging. More on returns and refunds.

Order online and collect in store

Sometimes you’ll want something even quicker than we can deliver. Or you can’t be in when our van or courier would arrive. That’s why we offer you the option to order online and collect in store.
Subject to what you’re ordering and where you want to collect from, you can:

Reserve & Collect – reserve online for free and collect at a local store as soon as you like. Once reserved, your item’s held till closing time the next day, to be paid for when you collect.

Pay & Collect – pay online, and have the item sent, for free, from our warehouse to a local store for you to collect. Starting on the date the item arrives in store – which you choose in checkout – you have 28 days to collect it.

Your fastest way to order online for collection is to use our ‘Availability Checker’ feature:
