These can be delivered at a time that suits you best.
Specific delivery options are shown at the checkout. Depending on the time you order, and where you want your item(s) delivered, these options include:
FREE standard delivery. Delivered within 3-5 working days.
Next-day delivery. Available on orders placed before 9pm. Delivered the following day between 8am-5pm. £5 charge.
Delivered when you choose. Specific timeslots are available for orders placed before 9pm. £10 charge.
Delivery is available 7am to 7pm, seven days a week. You can choose from:
Next-day delivery, available on orders placed before 7pm.
All-day delivery. Anytime between 7am to 7pm.
Delivery within a preferred 4-hour timeslot on a day of your choice. Available from £20.
Make sure to add your mobile number when you place your order, so we can text you with delivery updates. Our Track It service also allows you to see where your order is at.
Please note: weekend and next-day delivery is available in most areas, but not all. And, of course, delivery is always dependent upon stock availability.

Our FREE order & collect service
You can now order your item(s) online, and safely collect them from your chosen store within an hour of placing your order.
There are two options available to you: in-store pick up and drive-thru collection.
In-store pick up
Pop in store to collect your items within an hour of ordering them, free of charge (depending on stock availability). You can also choose your collection day. You’re welcome!
Once you’ve selected “collect in store” at the online checkout, we’ll email you your confirmation & collection details. When you do come to collect your item(s) make sure you bring this confirmation email, and the last four digits of your payment/gift card or voucher.
Use our store locator to check if zero-contact collection is offered at your chosen store.
If it is, park in one of the store’s designated parking bays, click the link in your confirmation email, and we’ll bring your order to you, and place it in your already-open boot. Easy!
Just make sure you have the last four digits of your payment/gift card or voucher ready. And, of course, make sure your vehicle is large enough to get your item(s) home!
Returns and refunds
If your order is faulty or damaged, or if you’ve simply changed your mind, we’re happy to give you a refund.
Refunds are available within 21 days of receiving your item(s), providing the original packaging is unopened and intact. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Items you’ve opened
Yes, you can return item(s) you’ve opened for a full refund. Just make sure you let us know you want to return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery, and make sure you return them within a further 14 days.
Your item(s) must be returned in “as new” condition. They must be unused/ not installed and be accompanied by their original packaging. More info on returns and refunds.
