Thanks to active noise-cancelling blocking out background sounds, your children will be able to focus without distractions. There's also an in-line mic, which makes them great for video chats with family or virtual learning.

Extended battery life

With up to 20 hours of battery life (or up to 30 hours without ANC), your kids get almost a full day of listening on a single charge. When you do need a full recharge, it only takes 2 hours.

There's also a detachable cable in the case they forgot to charge them. With the multi-point connection they can connect to 2 devices and easily switch between them.

Designed for kids

Pairing could not be easier with the Fast Pair enabled by Google. The JR 460NC connect automatically to their Android device, so they can get started straight away.

Delivering large items

If you're getting a large item delivered to a room or flat above the first floor of your home or block, our team will only be able to decide if they can safely deliver it when they arrive.
You can let us know at the checkout for any limitations (e.g. no lift, nearest parking) you may have.

Our FREE order & collect service

You can now order your small item(s) online, and safely collect them from your chosen store within the date of your selected delivery option.

Once you’ve selected “collect in store” at the online checkout, we’ll email you your confirmation & collection details. When you do come to collect your item(s) make sure you bring this confirmation email, and the last four digits of your payment/gift card or voucher.

Returns and refunds

If you purchased online and you have changed your mind you can return your items within 30 days even if you have opened it for inspection. It must be returned as new and where possible, in its original packaging.

If your item develops a fault we will offer either a repair, exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (or delivery or installation). If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

Small item returns or refunds can be processed via stores, by contacting us or website. Items must be returned as new and where possible, in its original packaging.

Large items

Large item returns or refunds can only be processed by contacting us or website, these items cannot be returned to store. You will be contacted by a third-party courier to arrange a collection slot at your convenience. It must be returned as new and where possible, in its original packaging.
