The Velop Whole Home WiFi System lets you connect to uninterrupted WiFi from every room, without leaving any dead spots. The Linksys Velop System is designed to cover your entire home, as well as the garden, with incredibly fast connections and a simple setup that can all be done on your Android or iOS smartphone.

The Velop System creates a mesh network with each unit acting as a WiFi hub, making the system able to outperform regular routers and range extenders.

Tri-band connectivity

Thanks to tri-band WiFi, you can access super-fast wireless internet on multiple devices without sacrificing on speed or connectivity. If you move around your home, or if one area is particularly busy, your device will automatically be supported by a different unit for flawless WiFi access no matter where you are.

The Velop System has a modular design, so that if you want to expand your system to reach external buildings, the basement or into the garden, you can easily buy add on units.

Simple app set-up

Using the Linksys app, you can set up Velop Whole Home WiFi in no time, all you have to do is place the units around your house, name your WiFi and choose a password. Using the app you can also control your network remotely, so that if you're at work you can keep an eye on how much WiFi is being used at home.

If you have Amazon's Alexa, you can link the two systems so that you can turn your WiFi on or off with a simple voice command, or give a friend guest access in moments.

Delivering your online order

Small items

These can be delivered at a time that suits you best.  

Specific delivery options are shown at the checkout. Depending on the time you order, and where you want your item(s) delivered, these options include: 

  • Standard delivery £4. FREE on orders over £50. Delivered within 3-5 working days.

  • Next-day delivery. Available on orders placed before 9pm. Delivered the following day between 8am-5pm. £5 charge. 

  • Delivered when you choose. Specific timeslots are available for orders placed before 9pm. £10 charge.

Large items

Delivery is available 7am to 7pm, seven days a week.  You can choose from: 

  • Next-day delivery, available on orders placed before 7pm.  

  • All-day delivery. Anytime between 7am to 7pm. 

  • Delivery within a preferred 4-hour timeslot on a day of your choice. Available from £20.

Make sure to add your mobile number when you place your order, so we can text you with delivery updates. Our Track It service also allows you to see where your order is at.  

Please note:  weekend and next-day delivery is available in most areas, but not all. And, of course, delivery is always dependent upon stock availability.  

Availability checker 

Our Availability checker is a handy little tool for quickly finding out about stock availability & delivery information. It can tell you: 

  • Which local stores have your item(s) in stock for collection  

  • Which local stores your item(s) can be delivered to for collection 

  • Specific delivery information (dates, timeslots, prices) regarding your item(s) 

 

Our FREE order & collect service 

You can now order your item(s) online, and safely collect them from your chosen store within an hour of placing your order.  

There are two options available to you: in-store pick up and drive-thru collection. 

In-store pick up 

Pop in store to collect your items within an hour of ordering them, free of charge (depending on stock availability). You can also choose your collection day. You’re welcome! 

Once you’ve selected “collect in store” at the online checkout, we’ll email you your confirmation & collection details. When you do come to collect your item(s) make sure you bring this confirmation email, and the last four digits of your payment/gift card or voucher.  

Drive-thru collection 

Use our store locator to check if zero-contact collection is offered at your chosen store.  

If it is, park in one of the store’s designated parking bays, click the link in your confirmation email, and we’ll bring your order to you, and place it in your already-open boot. Easy! 

Just make sure you have the last four digits of your payment/gift card or voucher ready. And, of course, make sure your vehicle is large enough to get your item(s) home! 

 

Returns and refunds 

If your order is faulty or damaged, or if you’ve simply changed your mind, we’re happy to give you a refund.  

Unopened items 

Refunds are available within 21 days of receiving your item(s), providing the original packaging is unopened and intact. This is in addition to your statutory rights.  

Items you’ve opened 

Yes, you can return item(s) you’ve opened for a full refund. Just make sure you let us know you want to return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery, and make sure you return them within a further 14 days. 

Your item(s) must be returned in “as new” condition. They must be unused/ not installed and be accompanied by their original packaging. More info on returns and refunds.
