Small items
These can be delivered at a time that suits you best.
Specific delivery options are shown at the checkout. Depending on the time you order, and where you want your item(s) delivered, these options include:

Standard delivery £4. FREE on orders over £50. Delivered within 3-5 working days.

Next-day delivery. Available on orders placed before 9pm. Delivered the following day between 8am-5pm. £5 charge.

Delivered when you choose. Specific timeslots are available for orders placed before 9pm. £10 charge.
Large items
Delivery is available 7am to 7pm, seven days a week. You can choose from:

Next-day delivery, available on orders placed before 7pm.

All-day delivery. Anytime between 7am to 7pm.

Delivery within a preferred 4-hour timeslot on a day of your choice. Available from £20.
Make sure to add your mobile number when you place your order, so we can text you with delivery updates. Our Track It service also allows you to see where your order is at.
Please note: weekend and next-day delivery is available in most areas, but not all. And, of course, delivery is always dependent upon stock availability.

Our FREE order & collect service
You can now order your item(s) online, and safely collect them from your chosen store within an hour of placing your order.
There are two options available to you: in-store pick up and drive-thru collection.
In-store pick up
Pop in store to collect your items within an hour of ordering them, free of charge (depending on stock availability). You can also choose your collection day. You’re welcome!
Once you’ve selected “collect in store” at the online checkout, we’ll email you your confirmation & collection details. When you do come to collect your item(s) make sure you bring this confirmation email, and the last four digits of your payment/gift card or voucher.
Drive-thru collection
Use our store locator to check if zero-contact collection is offered at your chosen store.
If it is, park in one of the store’s designated parking bays, click the link in your confirmation email, and we’ll bring your order to you, and place it in your already-open boot. Easy!
Just make sure you have the last four digits of your payment/gift card or voucher ready. And, of course, make sure your vehicle is large enough to get your item(s) home!
Returns and refunds
If your order is faulty or damaged, or if you’ve simply changed your mind, we’re happy to give you a refund.
Unopened items
Refunds are available within 21 days of receiving your item(s), providing the original packaging is unopened and intact. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Items you’ve opened
Yes, you can return item(s) you’ve opened for a full refund. Just make sure you let us know you want to return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery, and make sure you return them within a further 14 days.
Your item(s) must be returned in “as new” condition. They must be unused/ not installed and be accompanied by their original packaging. More info on returns and refunds.

Installation & Recycling
Freestanding Electric Cooker Installation
We can also install your new appliance on the day we deliver, for most of the UK. Just add installation at the 'Confirm basket’ page during checkout,charge applies.
Here's what we'll do:- Check the area where the cooker will be installed is suitable and electrical connections meet legal requirements.
- Disconnect the existing cooker, un-box and check the new product.
- Connect the new cooker and make sure it’s fully operational.
- Give a quick demo of the cooker and its settings, then provide you with a copy of the Electric Appliance Installation Certificate.
- Take the packaging from your new appliance away. If you add recycling to your order we’ll also take your old cooker away for recycling.
Note: Before we arrive, you will need to make sure access is clear to the area you want your appliance installed, that the appliance will fit into the space and that there is a suitable electrical connection is within 1.5 metres.
Freestanding Gas or Dual Fuel Cooker Installation by Gas Safe engineers
We can also install your new appliance on the day we deliver, for most of the UK. Just add installation at the 'Confirm basket’ page at the checkout,charge applies.
Our fully qualified gas engineers are registered with the Gas Safe Register.
Here's what we'll do:- Check that the area in which the cooker is to be situated is suitable and that gas and electric (if dual fuel) connections meet the legal requirements.
- Disconnect the existing cooker, un-box and check the new product.
- Connect the cooker and make sure it’s fully operational and meets Gas Safety regulations.
- Give a quick demo of cooker and settings and provide a copy of the gas (and electric if dual fuel) certificate.
- Take the packaging from your new appliance away. If you add recycling to your order we’ll also take your old cooker away for recycling.
Note: Before we arrive, you will need to make sure access is clear to the area you want your appliance installed, the appliance will fit into the space and that there is suitable gas and electrical connections (if dual fuel) within 1.5 metres.
To save you the hassle, when we deliver we can take away and recycle your old appliance, along with any packaging your new one comes in. Just add Let’s recycle on the Basket page, charge applies.
Please note: You will need to disconnect your old appliance before we arrive, unless you’ve bought installation. If you’re having a refrigeration unit removed, please defrost it before we arrive.
