Choo Choo! Charles is on the hunt. And what's scarier than a bloodthirsty train? A bloodthirsty train with spider legs. You're the one to take this hungry pig down. You've got a trusty old engine you can navigate along winding tracks, and you can upgrade it as you go using Scraps. Be careful when you're travelling on foot – you never know if Charles is lurking. If you assist the townsfolk along the way, they'll reward you with high-powered weapons and other helpful items. Follow the quests to summon Charles to a mortal duel – has he finally met his match?

Pop in store to collect your items within an hour of ordering them, free of charge (depending on stock availability). You can also choose your collection day. You’re welcome!
Once you’ve selected “collect in store” at the online checkout, we’ll email you your confirmation & collection details. When you do come to collect your item(s) make sure you bring this confirmation email, and the last four digits of your payment/gift card or voucher.

Returns and refunds

If you purchased online, you may generally return your item within 30 days even if you have opened it for inspection. It must be returned as new and, where possible, in its original packaging. See “Product Information” dropdown for exclusions.
If you purchased in store, you can return your item within 30 days in its unopened and sealed packaging along with proof of purchase (excludes connected products with airtime, such as a mobile phone, sim contract or broadband connection*).
