Tracking your delivery

Make sure to add your mobile number when you place your order, so we can text you with delivery updates. Our Track It service also allows you to see where your order is at.

Weekend and next-day delivery is available in most areas, but not all.
And, of course, delivery is always dependent upon stock availability.
You can use the availaility checker to quickly find out about stock availability and delivery information.

Our FREE order & collect service

You can order your item(s) online, and safely collect them from your chosen store within an hour of placing your order.
Pop in store to collect your items within an hour of ordering them, free of charge (depending on stock availability). You can also choose your collection day. You’re welcome!
Once you’ve selected “collect in store” at the online checkout, we’ll email you your confirmation & collection details. When you do come to collect your item(s) make sure you bring this confirmation email, and the last four digits of your payment/gift card or voucher.

Returns and refunds

If you purchased online, you can return your item within 30 days even if you have opened it for inspection. It must be returned as new and where possible, in its original packaging*.

If you purchased in store, you can return your item within 30 days in its unopened and sealed packaging along with proof of purchase (excludes connected products with airtime, such as a mobile phone, sim contract or broadband connection**).

*Exclusions apply where we cannot accept a return for hygiene reasons. If unsure, please check the Product Information dropdown above.
**Returns policies for connected products differ by network. You can change or cancel your contract with ID within 14 days of purchase. You are not able to change or cancel your contract with Vodafone.
