Samsung’s latest FE series gadgets have landed. And they look epic! The new Galaxy Tab S9 FE tablets and Galaxy S23 FE smartphone are all about boosting your creativity and productivity. We’re talking smooth performance, improved speed, and seamless connectivity. We like the sound of that.
These powerful new devices also give you “cutting-edge camera and audio capabilities” at a sensible price-point. Which makes them perfect for exploring your passions, from drawing and painting to gaming. And you can easily take them anywhere thanks to their portable and extra-durable designs.
Don’t forget to pair them up with the all-new Galaxy Buds FE too! These noise-cancelling earbuds pump out stellar sound, with the best battery life in any Samsung Buds so far. What’s more, all this new tech is made from recycled materials. So, it’s nice to know that Samsung are doing their part.
Galaxy Tab S9 FE/FE+ specs and features
The new Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE and FE+ tablets are built for creatives. They’re designed for artists, gamers and content creators who want something fast and flexible to turn to whenever inspiration strikes. And you’ve got cool Mint, Silver, Grey and Lavender colour options to let you find the perfect match.
The Galaxy Tab S9 FE’s 10.9-inch and Tab S9 FE+’s 12.4-inch screens offer responsive and immersive viewing — from the train to the sofa, or even a park bench. And we really mean it, as their Vision Booster tech combats bright sunlight without breaking a sweat. Their displays also feature an automatic refresh rate that can ramp up to 90Hz, helping your favourite apps and games to run with super-smooth visuals. And multi-tasking will be a breeze thanks to their Exynos 1380 processors, letting you have three windows open at the same time.
Both the Tab S9 FE and Tab S9 FE+ offer an impressive IP68 water and dust resistance rating. Those are some tough-sounding tablets! And the Tab S9 FE+’s battery can last 20 hours on a single charge, even with continuous video playback. So, if you want to binge-watch a boxset or the three extended edition Lord of the Rings films back-to-back — then this is the gadget for you.
And don’t forget the Galaxy’s signature S Pen. It’s a pen, pencil, and paintbrush all in one — letting you create art or jot down ideas in a flash without making any mess. And just like the Galaxy Tab S9 series, the Tab S9 FE and S9 FE+ come loaded with various creative apps like Goodnotes, Clip Studio Paint and LumaVision. The only limit is your imagination.
128GB or 256GB internal storage gives you lots of space for all your creations or photos. That’s right! You can take snaps and videos with these tablets too, with their sharp 8 MP and 12 MP rear/selfie cameras. And if you do run out of storage, just expand up to 1TB with a microSD card (sold separately).

Galaxy S23 FE specs and features
A big part of the latest Samsung FE series line-up is the Galaxy S23 FE smartphone. But you’ll have to wait a little bit longer to get your hands on it, as it’s not available until December 8th. From only £599 (according to Samsung), this portable and powerful mobile punches well above its weight — with plenty of premium features. And it comes in some cool colours too like Mint, Cream and Graphite.
The Galaxy S23 FE’s new floating, pro-grade camera system makes your memories really stand out with sharp details and vibrant colours. And you’ll be able to capture incredible photos and videos with a 50MP high-resolution lens and 3X optical zoom feature. Then when it gets dark, just use the ‘Nightography’ function to snap selfies with clear colours. Plus, advanced visual digital image stabilisation (VDIS) will let you take steady shots on-the-go too. Even if you’re bouncing about in the back of a car.
Once you’ve snapped all that amazing content, built-in AI editing tools can take your photos and videos up a notch. But if you’re really picky about taking perfect shots, the Galaxy S23 FE’s Pro Mode lets you control the camera’s shutter speed, aperture, ISO, and more manually. It’s like having a full-fat DSLR camera in your pocket! You’ll get to view your masterpieces on a smooth and vivid 6.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display too, with Vision Booster tech keeping the screen clear in bright light.
Under the hood, the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE packs a long-lasting battery that cleverly adjusts to save energy. There’s also a fast, high-powered processor that’ll never slow your gaming or streaming sessions down. Plus, a vapour chamber helps to control heat if you’re planning a marathon tournament with your mates.
Galaxy Buds FE specs and features
Wireless earbuds are the way to go. And Samsung’s brand-new Galaxy Buds FE let you enjoy all your favourite tunes with even more detail and punchy bass. Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) lets you block out distractions on your morning commute. Or you can choose Ambient Sound mode to hear all those important station announcements. Then you won’t miss your train!
And if you need to take a call in a noisy spot? The AI-powered Deep Neutral Network (DNN) separates your voice from any background hustle and bustle. So, your friend on the other end can hear you loud and clear.
But perhaps best of all — these wireless wonders have the longest battery life in Samsung’s entire Buds series. There’s a whopping 8.5 hours playback and up to 30 hours including the charging case. Whoa. And even with the noise-cancelling tech switched on, you’ll still get 6 hours of uninterrupted playback (and 21 hours with the case).
Long battery life is brilliant, but it’s not worth much if you can’t stand wearing your buds for long. No worries though, as Samsung’s Galaxy Buds FE are super comfy. So, you can spin back-to-back albums or an extra-long pod — and you won’t have to keep taking them out. With three different sizes of ear tips and two different sizes of wingtips, finding the right fit is quick and easy. And they’ll stay nice and secure for all those intense workouts too.
Galaxy Buds FE are all yours for just £99. And with two classic colours to choose from — Graphite and White — you can easily match them up with loads of other gadgets.
Stay connected in the Galaxy Ecosystem
You can easily connect all these devices together through Samsung’s clever Galaxy ecosystem. Multi Control lets you drag and drop content between different Galaxy devices. So, if you want to copy and paste something from your phone to your tablet — easy peasy. And then there’s Quick Share, perfect for when you need to transfer videos or images between your gadgets for some easy editing.
Galaxy Buds FE get in on the action too. Their Auto Switch can intelligently switch sound between your smartphone, tablet, and even your TV based on how you use them. Plus, SmartThings can help you track down your Buds if you’ve left them behind on the train or bus. Panic over!
