Welcome to Currys Perks! We’ve tried to make sure getting and using your Perks is as easy as can be. But if you’ve got a question, no worries. Here are some of the most common ones:

Where can I find my Perks?

We’ll send all your Perks straight to your inbox. Your first email arrives a few days after you sign up. After that, we’ll send you regular emails with info on your Perks member offers and rewards.

Don’t forget to add specialoffers@email.currys.co.uk to your safe sender list! That way your Perks will end up safe in your inbox where they belong, rather than in your Junk or Spam folder.

How do I get my Apple TV+ subscription offer?

You’ll get an email from us with your unique Apple TV+ code just a few days after signing up. We’ll send instructions on how to redeem it too, so you can get started right away.

When can I expect to receive my member discounts?

Member discounts will be delivered to your inbox every month. If you have become a member mid-month, you can expect them in the month following. Happy shopping!

How many times can I redeem an offer?

Every member can redeem an offer once. The same goes for our voucher codes, so you’ll need to make sure you only use them at checkout when you’re ready to buy. If you add your code while you’re still browsing and then decide to check out later, the code won’t work anymore.

How long is an offer valid?

It depends! Every offer and reward has its own expiry date and terms and conditions. You can find all the info about a specific Perk in the email it came in.

How do I leave Currys Perks?

It just won’t be the same without you! If you stay opted in, we can keep you up to date with the latest news, products, services and special offers.

Still want to leave Currys Perks? You can leave by opting out through the link at the bottom of our emails or in our Privacy Policy. We’ll try to get you opted out as soon as we can, but sometimes it can take up to 28 days- so don’t worry if you get the odd email from us within that window.
