If you need to make a claim with your Tablet Insurance Complete or Tablet Insurance Lite policy, just choose from the options below.

If you have a query or an update, or wish to provide information to support an existing claim, please register or login to your account.

You will need to have the information below to make your claim:

· Your full name, date of birth and address

· The policy number on your Certificate of Insurance

If your tablet has been lost or stolen (Tablet Insurance Lite policies do not cover theft or loss):

· The crime/loss reference number from the police (for theft claims)

· If your tablet has been lost or stolen and is connected to a network we will need verification from your network provider that the tablet has been blocked

Both of these will need to be verified prior to your claim being accepted and we may ask you to provide written evidence of either.

Please be aware that deliberately providing false information as part of your claim is a crime. Currys are committed to protecting our customers by identifying and investigating fraudulent claims. The details of fraudulent claims may be passed to the police and other relevant authorities, and may also be placed on a register of claims through which insurers share information.

You can buy Tech Insurance by visiting your local Currys store, by calling 0800 049 0221 Mon-Fri: 8am-8pm Sat: 9am-6pm Sun: 10am-5pm^ or you can purchase Tech Insurance online here.

Tech Insurance is available on selected tablets up to 30 days after purchase.

You can downgrade your cover from Tablet Insurance Complete to Tablet Insurance Lite at any time. Call us on 0800 049 0221 Mon-Fri: 8am-8pm Sat: 9am-6pm Sun: 10am-5pm^ to do this. The cost of your insurance will depend on level of cover and type of tablet, visit Tech Insurance to see what kind of policies we offer.

If you're not happy for any reason, we want to know. First of all, let us say sorry. We’ll do our best to put things right for you, and this page will point you in the right direction.

What to do if you're not happy:
