If you want to update the name on your policy, you'll have to come in store with proof of your name change. Find your local store.

We can change the name on your policy, only if one of the following applies:

• You've changed your name after marriage/divorce

• You've changed your name via deed poll

To make a claim, choose one of the following options:

Here's what you need to make your Tech Insurance claim:

• Your full name, date of birth, and address

• Your policy number. You can find this on your Certificate of Insurance

If your tablet has been stolen, you'll need a crime/loss reference number from the police. (Tech Insurance Lite policies do not cover theft). We may ask you to provide written evidence to verify this.

Deliberately falsifying claim information is a crime. Currys protects our customers by identifying and investigating fraudulent claims.

Fraudulent claims may be passed on to the police, and other authorities. We may also place a fraudulent claim on a special register of claims. This register is available to insurers.
