We work with PCSpecialist to build and dispatch all custom PCs within 5–7 working days. Delivery times depend on your location, but we aim to get your system to you as quickly as possible.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive updates throughout the build process, along with tracking details once your PC is shipped.

PCSpecialist offer multiple warranty options you can choose from when customising your PC, but all our PCs come with a minimum 1 Year standard warranty.

Want to return your Custom PC? Maybe it needs to be repaired? No problem! Just follow these steps:

1. Go to the PCSpecialist site. Create an account here using the same email you used when placing your order

2. Once your account is created, and you’re logged in, go to “Orders & Quotes”

3. To return your Custom PC, go to “My Returns”

4. Click on “Request an RMA” and provide the details requested

5. Submit your return request

PCSpecialist will then review your details. After this, they'll contact you regarding the next steps. These steps include any required troubleshooting, repair, or replacement details. They'll also include any collection arrangements.
