Not around to accept a delivery? You can order online and pick up your item(s) at any of our 300 stores for FREE.
If it’s in stock, you can pick it up on the same day. If it's not in stock at your store, you can send it there for pick-up on a day that suits you. Simple!
Mobile phones ordered through our website are not available for collection in store.

Why choose to collect in store?
Collect your items(s) on the same day you order for FREE. Or you can collect on a day that suits you, without paying for delivery charges. Simply add your tech to your basket and select ‘collect in-store’. Complete your purchase online and then we’ll let you know by email when it’s ready to collect.
Once you have ordered, we will confirm your order but then we will send you a collection confirmation. Please wait for this confirmation before you come to store.
How does collect in store work?
Simply add your tech to your basket and select ‘collect in-store’. Complete your purchase online and then we’ll let you know by email when it’s ready to collect.
You will need the last four digits of the card or gift card/vouchers that you paid with, plus your order number and collection confirmation email.
How does contactless collection work?
You can find out whether contactless collection is offered at your store by using our store locator.
You can park in the designated parking bay. Click on the I'm at a store link in your email. Make sure that you have the last 4 digits of your payment/gift card.
