Not around to take a delivery? No worries! Order online for FREE, safe collection or zero-contact pick-up from any of our 300 nationwide stores.
If your item is in stock, you can collect it within an hour of ordering (yes, really)! If not, you can collect it from your chosen store on a day that suits you. Please check your item(s) product page for stock availability details.
Online mobile phone orders are NOT available for store collection.

Why choose to collect in store?
How does store collection work?
At the online checkout, simply select “collect in-store”. Complete your online purchase, and shortly wait for us to email you your confirmation & collection details. Please wait until you have these details before coming to your chosen store.
When you come to collect, bring your confirmation email, and the last four digits of your payment/gift card or voucher.
How does zero-contact collection work?
Firstly, use our store locator to check if zero-contact collection is offered at your chosen store.
If it is, park in one of the store’s designated parking bays, click the link in your confirmation email, and we’ll bring your order to you, and place it in your already-open boot. Easy!
Just make sure you have the last four digits of your payment/gift card or voucher ready.
