Discover our range of Paper
Whether you're printing, crafting, or studying, having the right paper can make all the difference. At Currys, we offer a wide selection of paper to suit every purpose, be it premium photo paper, everyday A4 printer paper, or specialist glossy and recycled options. If you're after paper for school, work, or creative projects, we've got the quality and variety you need.
Our range includes standard A4 paper for everyday printing needs, ideal for homework, reports, and office documents. For those who want to print sharp, high-resolution photos at home, A4 photo paper or A3 glossy paper are excellent choices. These are specially designed to enhance colours and contrast, making your images pop. We also stock a variety of sustainable paper options, so you can print with the environment in mind. If you're looking to reduce your impact, recycled paper is a great place to start, and we also support paper recycling initiatives to help close the loop.
Paper isn't just for printing. Many of our customers use it for crafting, drawing, scrapbooking, and even gaming (yes, Paper.io fans, we see you!). It's a versatile material that's still central to daily life - despite the rise of digital alternatives. And whether you're looking for cheap printer paper for bulk use or something more specialised, Currys has plenty of options available both in-store and online.
What are the types of paper?
Common types include printer paper, photo paper, glossy paper, recycled paper, and card stock - each suited to specific uses.
What types of paper are best for printing?
For everyday printing, standard 80gsm A4 paper is ideal. For professional documents, heavier paper (100gsm or more) or glossy sheets can enhance print quality, especially for presentations and colour images.
Can I recycle all types of paper?
Most office and printer paper is recyclable. However, laminated, wax-coated, or glitter-covered paper often isn't accepted in standard recycling. Always check local recycling guidelines if you're unsure.
What's the difference between A4 and A3 paper?
A4 paper measures 210 x 297mm and is commonly used for documents and printing. A3 paper is double the size at 297 x 420mm, making it suitable for posters, spreadsheets, or larger-format printing tasks
