Collect your items(s) on the same day you order for FREE. Or you can collect on a day that suits you, without paying for delivery charges. Simply add your tech to your basket and select ‘collect in-store’. Complete your purchase online and then we’ll let you know by email when it’s ready to collect.

For large items, you can ask us to change your delivery date. This applies to fridge freezers, laundry appliances, ovens, TVs over 40" etc.

On the day we deliver your large item:

If you're not in, we'll call you to let you know we've arrived. If you're nearby, we'll wait a few minutes for you.

If you're not in, and not nearby, we'll leave a card, letting you know we tried to deliver.

You can re-book your delivery at no extra charge.

For small items, if DPD is your courier, you can change your delivery date via the text they send you.

If Royal Mail is your courier, you can't change your delivery date. If you're not in when they attempt to deliver, they'll leave a card, letting you know they called. You can use this to re-book your delivery or know where to go to collect your parcel.

You can track the delivery of a large item you’ve ordered via our live tracking service, and of a small item by the courier's online tracking system. Please check the Track my order page to find out more details.

We'll always do our best to make sure your delivery arrives on time. Sometimes delays can happen which we can't control. Don't worry, we'll let you know if we hear of any possible delays.

If you ordered a large item

• We’ll attempt to contact you at the time of delivery and wait a few minutes for you

• We’ll leave a delivery card to let you know we came.

• At no extra charge you can re-book a different delivery date that suits you.

If you ordered a small item

The courier will:

• Leave a delivery card and send you a text to let you know the delivery was missed.

• Usually try to deliver again the following day. Or you can follow the instructions on the delivery card to rearrange another delivery date at no extra charge.

• Possibly deliver to your neighbours. In this case please see the delivery card left for you.

For large items, we deliver to most areas 7 days a week (except Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day) For small items, a courier delivers on our behalf to most areas 7 days a week (except Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and other bank holidays).

Yes, you can! If available, you can use our Reserve & Collect service. You reserve what you want online and collect it from your nearest store. Your item will be available for collection 1 hour after you reserve it.

You can find out if we deliver your product to your postcode, by inputting your postcode when you select the product. There may be some areas that we don’t deliver to e.g. Channel Islands or BFPO addresses, whilst some other may not have next day or time delivery slots.

We deliver large and small items separately, so if your order contains both, you’ll need to choose a delivery option for each.

You can book next-day delivery for certain large items, dependent on your delivery address and availability. Just to be sure, you can check individual product pages for availability.

For smaller items, it might take a little longer to deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and certain areas of Scotland and Cornwall. You will be offered all available delivery options at checkout.

Some items are delivered directly from the manufacturer or an approved supplier. This will be shown on the product page. For these products terms and conditions and delivery times may vary.

Choose your preferred delivery option as normal. If you’ve ordered a large item, the manufacturer will be in touch to arrange delivery.

You’ll get free delivery if your item(s) is delivered direct by the manufacturer, but standard & next-day delivery is not available.

If you're getting a large item delivered above the first floor of your home or block, our team can only decide if they can safely deliver it once they arrive.

They'll check steps, stairways, and any other obstacles and will only deliver if they're sure they can do it safely.

Unfortunately, there will be times when we’re unable to deliver or install a product if it’s unsafe for our trained engineers to do so.

In this unlikely event:

• We’ll tell you why.

• We’ll let you know if any remedial work is needed for us to install your product.

• We’ll reschedule the visit if possible.

Yes, in fact anyone who lives at your address will do! We do require someone over the age of 18 to sign for delivery of large items, and there are different options available for small item delivery, depending on courier.

DPD will provide you with options when they send your tracking text, one of which is to leave in a safe place.

Sorry about that. Our most up to date information is on the website, so use this to check availability. With certain items, you may be able to place your order, we will update you after 7 days if the order has not already been sent to you. You can also select to be emailed when the product is back in stock.

Sometimes items from a single order arrive separately as we use different couriers.

Unfortunately, due to security reasons, we can’t change your delivery address once you’ve placed your online order. You can, however, cancel your order, and place it again with the correct delivery address.

Please go back in store with your proof of purchase. One of our friendly team will be more than happy to help you.
