How to Report Security Issues

If you have found a potential security issue with any of our products, we kindly ask you to let us know at your earliest convenience via email at [email protected].


To help us better address your discovery, please include the following information:


  • Product impacted: brand and model

  • Serial number

  • Software version (if available)

  • Detailed description of the security issue

Disclosure Policy

  • We will provide an initial response to your report within 5 working days.

  • We aim to triage your report within 10 working days after the initial notification.

  • We aim to provide regular updates once a month on the progress of the investigation.

  • We will do our best to distribute a fixed version of the security vulnerability as soon as possible.
