How to Report Security Issues

If you think you've spotted a security issue with any of our products, please let us know as soon as possible at [email protected].


Please include the following:


  • Brand and model

  • Serial number

  • Software version (if available)

  • Detailed description of the security issue

Disclosure Policy

  • We'll provide an initial response to your report within 5 working days.

  • We aim to assess your report within 10 working days.

  • We aim to provide regular updates once a month on the progress of the investigation.

  • We'll do our best to send out a fixed version of the vulnerability as soon as possible.
