Introducing Shark CryoGlow

The UK’s first LED light therapy mask to offer under-eye cooling technology.


Under-eye cooling helps soothe, depuff and tighten under-eyes. LED routines help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles over time, and helps reduce the appearance of textured, uneven skin and blemishes. Developed with Dermatologists.


Includes an LED Protective Cover to store your mask away, and keep the remote control and chill pads secure, and a USB-C charging cable. 2-year guarantee (upon registration with Shark, UK only).

Skin Sustain Mode (4 minutes)

Blue/Red LEDs + Infrared combined.

Designed to boost brightness and maintain results after an 8-week cycle of Better Ageing or Blemish Repair mode.

Better Ageing Mode (6 minutes)

Red LEDs + Infrared combined.

Helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles over time.*

Blemish Repair Mode (8 minutes)

An automated 3-phase routine combining Blue LEDs + Infrared, finishing with Red LEDs

Designed for a universal, comfortable fit

Shark CryoGlow features forehead and temple padding, adjustable straps, silicone eye shields for LED light blocking and comfort, and a shield design for even LED coverage.


Get started by reading the Instructions and Contraindications. For best results, begin with a clean, dry face. Adjust the mask for your perfect fit. Easily select a routine using the included remote control: routines include LED + Under-Eye Cooling, or Under-Eye Cooling only. Use the remote control to pause or end your routine, adjust the under-eye pads’ chill level, view battery life and more.

The remote keeps track of your sessions to help you meet your skin goals

After you finish a routine, the total number of sessions completed in that routine will appear on the remote’s screen. When you return, a reminder will appear above your prior completed routine. You can easily view your cumulative progress across routines, the total number of sessions you have completed and how many sessions you have completed in a row, to easily keep track of your progress.

Important safety information

  1. Do not use the Shark CryoGlow Mask if you are taking:

  2. Medication or supplements that cause sensitivity to light (photosensitivity), for example, medications for severe inflammatory acne (i.e. isotretinoin or doxycycline).

  3. Immediately stop using the device if you experience any discomfort.

  4. Do not use the Shark CryoGlow Mask if you have any of the following medical conditions:

    1. Retinal and/or macular disease, ocular albinism, or any eye condition that causes sensitivity to light

    2. Pregnant, nursing, or maybe pregnant

    3. Pacemaker or another electronic implanted device

    4. Implants in the face

    5. Lack of sensation (e.g., numbness)

    6. Light sensitive skin disorder (e.g., lupus, porphyria)

    7. Extreme light sensitivity of the eyes (i.e., photophobia)

    8. Light-induced headaches

    9. Albinism

    10. Melasma (i.e., condition that causes patches and spots)

    11. Sensitivity or allergy to plastic, aluminium, or self-fastening material.

  5. Do not use the Shark CryoGlow Mask if you have any of the following conditions on the face, hairline, ears, or neck:

    1. Recent facial surgery (until you have been cleared by your doctor)

    2. Suspicious lesions or skin cancer

    3. Eczema

    4. Psoriasis

    5. Irregularly shaped, new, or changing brown spots

    6. Birthmarks

    7. Broken skin, skin rash, or blisters

    8. Tissue inflammation

    9. Skin infection, cold sore, or warts

    10. Active current outbreak of herpes simplex virus (cold sores)

    11. History of herpes outbreaks without receiving preventative treatment

    12. Facial treatment where the skin has not fully healed, including neurotoxin, dermal filler, micro needling, laser, or chemical peel

  6. Do not apply Shark CryoGlow Mask’s cooling routines on the eyeball or upper eyelid.

  7. Do not use the Shark CryoGlow Mask’s cooling routines if you have any of the following medical conditions:

    1. Cold hypersensitivity

    2. Cold urticaria (i.e., hives brought on by cold temperatures)

    3. Circulatory insufficiency

  8. PRECAUTIONS: Consult a medical professional before using the Shark CryoGlow Mask if you:

    1. Have bruising on the face.

    2. Are experiencing skin sensitivity or irritation with retinol or benzoyl peroxide.
