This Bosch induction hob's Easy Flex Zone let you merge two zones into one big one for your extra-large pots and pans. It automatically detects the size and position of your pan and heats up only the area it needs. Burning your steak can seriously ruin your day. Luckily PerfectFry Plus constantly monitors the temperature of your pan to avoid scorching. And the DirectSelect controls make it quick and easy to choose the cooking zone and power level. No more fumbling around when your pasta boils over.
