The gentle contractions tone your muscles to reduce leaks - feel more confident and worry less about sneezing, laughing or running. The gelpads are worn under your clothes, and they are safe for sensitive skin. Use the controller to set the intensity level that's right for you. Just 20 minutes use per day can help to reduce leaks, so you can boost your confidence.
