Please note: American-style fridge freezers are often too large to fit through doorways, hallways or stairways without removing the appliance doors. If you’re purchasing this item, we highly recommend adding our installation and connection to water supply service which includes door removal. Otherwise, we can’t guarantee delivery inside your property.
What type of installation service do I need?
Before choosing your installation service, check your property and appliance measurements. This will help you choose the right option and ensure a hassle-free delivery.

Why would I need door removal?
This service is recommended for American-style fridge freezers, as the delivery driver will not be able to remove the doors and bring the appliance inside your property if you haven’t selected this service.
Why would I need door reversal?
You may need door reversal if your appliance’s door opens in a direction that doesn't suit your kitchen layout. Reversing the door allows it to open from the opposite side, so it won’t be obstructed by nearby walls, cupboards or other appliances.
How will I know which service I need?
Check the measurements for your appliance to avoid a tight squeeze. Don’t forget to include the door handle in your measurements, as it sticks out and adds to the size.
This is especially important if we need to navigate your appliance through doorways, stairways or hallways, keeping its width, depth and height in mind.
If you’re still unsure, choose our installation and connection to water supply service for added peace of mind. If you don’t select a service that includes door removal, we can't guarantee delivery and installation inside your property.
