If extra parts or work are needed to complete your installation that are identified on-site, OrderWork will ask you to pay an additional fee. They'll take payment securely over the phone before your installation goes ahead. If you choose not to proceed, you can request a refund from Currys by calling 0344 561 0000.
Removal and disposal of packaging is not included.
If you're a tenant, you should get permission from your landlord for the installation to be completed.
