Our RepairLive colleagues are here to help identify the cause of a fault and to assist you with arranging a repair. We’ll try to guide you through resolving a fault without the need to book your device in for a repair wherever possible. The RepairLive service is in addition to a right of repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This means we’ll always arrange to repair your device and return it to you if we can’t resolve the issue through RepairLive. During the call, you will be asked for your Receipt number, to allow our colleague to retrieve your transaction information and details.
