Our RepairLive colleagues are here to help identify the cause of a fault and to assist you with arranging a repair. We’ll try to guide you through resolving a fault without the need to book your device in for a repair wherever possible. The RepairLive service is in addition to a right of repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This means we’ll always arrange to repair your device and return it to you if we can’t resolve the issue through RepairLive. During the call, you will be asked for your Receipt number, to allow our colleague to retrieve your transaction information and details.

Just like in our stores, we expect our colleagues to be treated with respect and will not tolerate any inappropriate or abusive behaviour towards them. Any such behaviour may result in the termination of your RepairLive session and further action, such as removal of your ability to access our websites and/or reporting to law enforcement authorities where appropriate or required by law. We collect IP addresses in accordance with our Privacy Policy to investigate abusive calls and these details may be passed to the authorities. Unauthorised recordings of RepairLive are not permitted and calls may be monitored.

These terms and conditions are in addition to our Currys.co.uk Terms of Use which can be found here and our Privacy Policy which can be found here.
