No Fix Guarantee
We'll do our very best to fix your tech. That said, sometimes we can't. Also, you may decide not to get your tech fixed by us. In these cases, we'll give you a Currys e-Gift Card worth £25. You can spend this on eligible tech. You must use your e-Gift Card within three months of issue.

So, you can return to your heroic quests and online challenges, without having to fork out for a new console. And, we cover your video game console repair with a 12-month parts & labour guarantee!
Currently, we offer only Xbox repairs. We can repair all models, including Xbox 360, Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox One X, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X. So, if you need an Xbox repair, our fully accredited experts have got you! They'll diagnose your console's problem and repair it using genuine Xbox parts. Please note, this doesn’t apply to Xbox 360 repairs or Xbox One repairs. For these, we use trusted parts.
Our games console repairs cover a wide range of common issues. If your Xbox won't power on, won't connect to your TV or Wi-Fi, or if it has a damaged port, we can help! And, we can repair your Xbox, even if you didn't buy it from Currys.
For an extra charge, we can replace your Xbox's circuit board or hard drive. If we discover this is necessary, we'll let you know and give you a competitive price.
Want to arrange an Xbox repair? Great! You can use our Repairs booking form to quickly & easily book your repair. You can also pop into your nearest store to discuss your options. Once you've arranged your repair, we'll collect your broken item from your home address. We'll deliver it back to you once it's fixed.
If you're coming in-store, remember to bring your Xbox with you. And if you think the problem relates to your Xbox's power supply unit, remember to bring this too!
If your Microsoft gaming console develops a fault within its first year, it may be covered by a manufacturer warranty. This depends upon the type of fault it develops. If its fault is covered, your repair will be free of charge.
If your Xbox isn't covered by our guarantee or your Care & Repair agreement, you'll pay for your repair.
