Currys flexsave is operated by CMC Markets Investments Limited (“CMC Invest”) in partnership with Currys. CMC Invest provides and runs Currys flexsave — including onboarding, eligibility checks, holding your contributions, tracking your goal progress, calculating any rewards you unlock, and issuing your gift card when you redeem.

CMC Invest need to make sure your who you say you are to protect against fraud and money laundering.

You’ll need to share some information with CMC Invest to create your account including but not limited to; name, phone number, email address, home address, employment details.

Currys flexsave can be managed online (not in stores).

Once you’ve created your account and been approved you can use your online account to

• Create and manage your savings goals

• Add, change or pause payments

• Track your progress and unlocked rewards

• Redeem your savings for a Currys gift card

Your savings are held by CMC Invest, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Money held in a bank account with a UK-authorised credit institution is eligible for protection under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), up to £120,000 per person, per institution. This limit applies across all accounts you hold with the same bank or building society.

There’s no penalty for pausing — you can stop and restart contributions at any time.

• If a scheduled deposit doesn’t go through, we’ll try again. If it still doesn’t succeed, we’ll automatically adjust your plan based on your updated payments.

• You can cancel your goal at any point and withdraw the money you’ve saved. Rewards aren’t paid as cash and can only be used when you redeem a Currys gift card.

Our trusted partner CMC Invest will manage your account application and journey to your savings goal.

Once your account has been approved, you’ll then need to create a savings goal. You can either choose a Currys product or choose a value you want to save towards.

You’ll then need to set up a payment method to add your savings to your account – this can be either direct debit or a card payment, and you even have the option to make an initial deposit when you start saving. You get the option to choose how frequently you want to save with us.

Yes. You can set up monthly direct debit payments and change, pause or cancel them at any time.

If you reach your savings goal Currys will add 10% to your savings to meet the amount you’ve set at the start. If for any reason you’re unable to save to the end your plan we’ll also reward you turn your cash into a Currys gift card early.

You need to achieve milestones to be eligible for rewards; 30%, 60% and 90% of your goal.

When you reach 30% of your goal we’ll add 3%, 60% of your goal 6% and at 90% we’ll add 10%.

Only one reward will be paid per savings goal and rewards don’t stack. For example if you reach 60% of your savings goal and hold this balance for 1 calendar month, any previous eligibility for the 3% reward will be withdrawn and eligibility for a 6% reward will commence on the balance from 0 – 60% of your goal.

Rewards are not paid in cash and are added to your Currys gift card when requested by you.

You can have one Currys flexsave account, but you can set up multiple savings goals within that account.

This means you can save for more than one product at the same time, each with its own goal amount and progress tracking — all managed in one place.

The minimum savings goal is £99, and the maximum savings goal is £10,000.

No, Currys flexsave does not pay interest. Instead we reward you for saving with us up to 10% if you reach your goal. Any eligible rewards are subject to meeting the eligibility criteria and are not payable in cash nor transferable.

Yes. You can redeem a gift card once your savings plus any unlocked reward total at least £10.

Yes, you can withdraw your savings at any time. Rewards cannot be withdrawn as cash. If a withdrawal drops your balance below a milestone, the unlocked reward may be removed.

You can reach rewards sooner by saving more quickly or making larger or more frequent payments. Each reward still requires holding the milestone balance for one full calendar month. With 3 reward levels this requires 3 months between reaching your 30% milestone and unlocking a 10% bonus.

Yes — you can redeem a gift card at any point, as long as your total settled balance (including any unlocked reward) is at least £10.

When you redeem, we’ll apply the eligible reward you’ve unlocked at that time (for example, 3% or 6%) to the total eligible amount you’ve saved with us at the point of redemption, and issue a gift card for that amount.

At the end of your savings plan you’ll need to claim your Currys gift card to access your savings & reward. You can use this gift card to purchase the product you’ve been saving for, or anything else that’s eligible at currys under our gift card terms. Currys makes no guarantees the product you’ve saved for will be in stock, nor guarantees on the price.

Rewards unlock only after you’ve held the required milestone balance for one full calendar month.

This means that once you reach a milestone (for example, 30%, 60% or 90% of your goal) you’ll need to keep your balance at or above that level for a full calendar month before the reward becomes available.

Because rewards unlock sequentially, there is always a minimum one-calendar-month gap between each reward.

Rewards are unlocked 1 calendar month after the milestone is reached.

Only 1 reward can be unlocked per calendar month.

Saving with Currys flexsave does not lock in a product price or guarantee availability.

• If the price goes down, you can redeem a lower-value gift card. We’ll only use the amount needed from your savings and apply the applicable Currys reward (up to 10%) to that gift card. Any remaining balance will stay in your account and can be withdrawn.

• If the price goes up, nothing changes with your savings or rewards. You can still use your gift card and pay the difference at the time of purchase.

Your gift card can be used on any eligible Currys product, subject to availability and Currys’ terms and conditions.

At Currys we always strive to offer the best price, that’s why we have our price promise. We’re always trying to get you the best price which means the price of a particular product may go up or down as we run promotional offers from time to time.

When you create a savings goal for a particular product with Currys flexpay, we’re unable to guarantee the price of the product at a future date.

Currys flexsave allows you to withdraw your money as cash at any time.

At any point during along your savings journey you’re able to turn your cash into a Currys gift card. Any rewards you’re eligible for will only be paid on a Currys gift card and these can only be claimed when withdrawn alongside the amount you’ve saved on the same gift card.

Your Currys gift card isn’t locked to any particular product so you can use it for anything eligible under the gift card rules.
