What is Lift-Away?
It is a mode on many Shark uprights that lets you detach the main canister and carry it, which helps with stairs and above-floor cleaning.
Does Anti Hair Wrap work on long hair and pet fur?
It is designed to limit tangles on the brush roll as you clean. Very long strands may still collect, so check and clear the brush occasionally.
