Care & Repair gives you a range of services to help you get the most from your product. Support your product for a set period of time with a 2, 3 or 5 year upfront plan or set up a monthly direct debit. You may cancel your plan at any time.

Whatever the question and whenever you need us, we're right here. Our experts are on call to help all day, every day. Visit us in store or call us. It's expert assistance without the off button, and it's all included as part of your plan.

Additional benefits

Squeaky clean valet service.

To keep your tech fighting fit, our Care & Repair plans includes a one-off valet service for your Household Appliance during the lifetime of the plan for pay upfront plan (2, 3 or 5 years) customers. Or every 5 years for pay monthly plan customers.

Washing Machines and Washer Dryers.

We’ll clean the inside and outside of the machine (including soap drawer, door and seal), we’ll de-fluff the vents, and we’ll run a cycle with a de-scale solution.

Tumble Dryers.

We’ll clean the inside and outside (including filters and condenser), and de-fluff the vents.

Dishwashers.

We’ll clean the inside and outside of your dishwasher including the filter, check there are no blockages in the waste disposal, remove any food particles from the machine and seal, and run a cycle with dishwasher cleaner.

Cookers, Ovens, Hobs.

We’ll give the inside a deep clean including door areas, shelving and grill. We’ll also clean the outside of the cooker, clean the hob, and clean and polish the door.

Refrigeration.

We’ll defrost your Fridge, Freezer or Fridge Freezer, clean and dry inside (including racks, storage trays, shelves and seals), cover everything with anti-bacterial protection, and check any water filters you’ve got.

We’ll get you back up and running.

If you've had your Computer or Gadget replaced, our experts will help you get it working just how you like it. We'll transfer data from a backup, give you a one-to-one expert tutorial, and get it set up ready for use - and you won't have to pay any additional costs*.
