Delivery FAQ

Can I track my order?

We send the vast majority of orders via DPD. Smaller, lower value orders may be sent via Royal Mail.

Where do we deliver to?

We deliver to addresses right across mainland UK and Northern Ireland, and to all UK islands. Sorry, but we don't deliver to the Channel Islands or BFPO addresses.
It might take a little longer to deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and certain areas of Scotland and Cornwall. You will be offered all available delivery options at checkout.

Delivery costs

Enjoy free next day delivery on all mobile handsets in most areas subject to availability. Or choose a specific delivery day for £5. You can also select a specific time slot for delivery on a specific day, which will cost £10.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

DPD will email you on the morning of delivery to let you know a timeslot at which they'll arrive. You'll need to sign for delivery (current Covid restrictions means the parcel needs to be photographed at an open door instead of signed for).
Deliveries by Royal Mail won't need to be signed for.

What time of day do you deliver?

DPD deliver between 8:30am and 5pm. You'll receive an email from DPD on the day of delivery with an estimated 1 hour time slot.
Lower value orders are delivered by Royal Mail to arrive by standard delivery between 7am and 6pm.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

A courier delivers on our behalf to most areas 7 days a week (except Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and other bank holidays).

What if I won't be in to receive my parcel?

If you're not at home to receive a DPD delivery, the driver will leave a card. Call the number on the card to rearrange delivery.
If you don't call DPD, DPD will try to deliver on the next working day. If you're still not there they'll try for a third time, on the next working day. If the third delivery cannot be made, DPD will keep your order for 7 days, then return it to us. We'll contact you to arrange redelivery.
If you can't contact DPD, or if you have any issues, please call our team on 0344 561 0000.
If you're not at home to collect a Royal Mail delivery, and it won't fit through your letterbox, a card will be left for you.
You usually have seven days to arrange redelivery or pick up the order from your local depot. After this Royal Mail will return it to us (this can take up to 21 days). We'll then try to get in touch with you to organise a new delivery.
If we can't contact you we'll refund you the same way you paid, unless you used cash - in which case we'll give you a cheque.

Can I change a delivery address?

Unfortunately once your order has been placed, you won't be able to change delivery address.

Can I speak to someone about my order?

Sure thing! Don't forget you can view live tracking info for your order, but if you'd still rather speak to someone then you can chat to one of our helpful colleagues by calling us on 0344 561 0000.
Unfortunately, our colleagues on WebChat are unable to view mobile phone orders.
