A digital display allows you to select the precise temperature you require, with six choices available ranging from 50°C to 100°C. With such close control over the temperature you can make hot drinks exactly to your taste. It's recommended that coffee is made with water at 95°C, white tea at 70°C and green tea at 80°C. Experiment with this feature and transform the hot drinks you make at home.
Additionally, a hold temperature function will keep the water at a specified temperature for up to 30 minutes – perfect for when you're thirsty and fancy a quick refill.
A smart sensor will display the temperature of the water on screen, so you can quickly see if a re-boil is required.
