And that base connects to your desk phone using RJ-9. Or you can use Bluetooth by adding a module (sold separately). Because you can pair up to 5 of these headsets to one base, anyone can take that call. For softphones like Teams and Cisco Jabber, just connect to your computer using the base's USB cartridge and JPL Gateway. And to make sure calls are clear, the noise cancelling mic has a surround shield to help reduce noise around you.
