Make sure you send your phone back to us in its original packaging.
Please include all its accessories as well.
If you received any free gifts with your phone, please include these too.
Please remove all personal data from your phone before returning it to us. This includes numbers and photos.
Once you've returned your phone to us, you can't retrieve any data you may have left on it.
Please include your proof of purchase with your return. If you no longer have your proof of purchase, you can find your transaction number on your invoice.
If you're returning an iPhone, please deactivate Find my Phone. We can't accept a returned iPhone if this is still running.
If you're returning an Android phone, please deactivate Google Smart Lock. We can't accept a returned Android phone if this is still running.
You don't need to return your SIM card with your phone.
If you're returning an upgraded phone for an exchange, keep your SIM safe, you'll need it for your new device.
Whilst we process your returned phone, you'll still pay your agreed SIM charges. You'll pay these charges until we deactivate your contract.
