Please be aware that we cannot offer you an exchange or a refund if your item is faulty due to accidental damage, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Come in-store to return your item
The quickest way to return your item is to come into your local store, where we can arrange an exchange or a refund. Please bring all parts of the product, with original packaging.
Items you can't return in-store
Unfortunately we can't process returns in-store for gym equipment or mobile phone contracts bought online.
Drop off your item at a DPD pickup shop
It’s never been easier to return your item using DPD drop-off - just choose the option below that works best for you. Once we’ve received your return, we can arrange an exchange or refund.
Download a QR code
No printer? No problem. Simply press the button below, fill in the DPD drop-off form and we’ll email you a QR code. You’ll need to show this at a DPD pickup shop and they’ll take care of the rest. Find your nearest participating DPD shop here.
Print a DPD label
If you have access to a printer, press the button below to fill in the DPD drop-off form. We’ll email you a returns label, which you’ll need to print and attach to your parcel before dropping it off at a DPD pickup shop. Find your nearest DPD shop here.
