How to play Stellar Blade
Based on the demo, it looks like Eve (the main character) has loads of powerful skills at her disposal:
Basic Attacks: Eve fights with her one-handed blade named “Blood Edge” that let’s her go on the offensive with quick and strong strikes. Mix up your combos with stabs, slashes, and overhead attacks.
Beta Attacks: Beta energy charges up while you’re in combat. With this energy, you can use devastating Beta skills (which you’ll make even more deadly with upgrades from the skill tree). You can use these skill points once you’re back at base.
Ranged Attacks: Did you know your trusty drone comes with a second feature? You can equip it and fire off different types of ammo, unleashing large explosions or beams of energy that’ll tear your enemies in two.
Burst Skills: You gain burst energy by doing a perfect dodge, repulse, or blink. You can grab the burst skills at each region’s base camp. Just keep an eye out for the kiosk!
Who knows, you might come up with a new combo too. But we’ll let you find out all about that yourself…
Is there a tutorial?
After crash-landing on Earth, you’ll be rescued by one of your companions from the 7th Airborne Squad. They’ll then guide you across the battlefield with tips and tricks on how to defend yourself. You’ll find your feet in no time though! But be wary, you may have to fight against one of your first mini bosses very soon...
