What we love
- The M1 Ultra chip is the ultimate in power. Built from 2 M1 Max chips, it can breeze through complex modelling, rendering and more. It can even support up to 18 streams of 8K ProRes 422 video playback – that's some serious power
- It's got a tiny footprint for something with so much power – it's less than 20 cm wide so you can keep it on your desk without sacrificing space. You can even pop it straight under your monitor – at only 9.5 cm high, it won't get in the way while you're working
- The thermal system helps to keep your Mac Studio cool when you're working hard, but it stays as quiet as a whisper, so you won't be distracted
- macOS Monterey is perfectly designed to work with Apple silicon chips, so you can enjoy the very best graphics and smooth apps

- There's 4 Thunderbolt ports and an HDMI port that make it simple to connect displays
- Connect up to 5 displays in total – it can support up to 4 Pro Display XDRs and a 4K TV, so you can create an impressive workspace
- The USB ports and headphone jack let you connect your other devices too
- It's designed to be more efficient than other desktop PCs, so you cut down on the amount of energy you're using
- It's kinder to the environment too, with 100% recycled rare earth elements in the magnets and recycled tin
Please note: Apple Intelligence is available in beta on all Mac models with M1 and later, with Siri and device language set to English (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, UK, or U.S.), as a macOS Sequoia update. Additional features and languages will be available in April, with more languages coming over the course of the year. Languages supported in 2025 include Chinese, English (India, Singapore), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
